About Chantelle Love

Prior to teaching internationally at the Australian International School Phnom Penh, Chantelle consulted at a senior level for the global company NoTosh Ltd. Chantelle demonstrated leadership skills by successfully leading the staff development program for Prospect North Primary School; providing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for Loxton High School, and working with the students, staff, and community to co-design the Assessment & Reporting Principles for McAuley Community School. Chantelle was recognised through The Educator Hot List 2020, and I received a commendation for the synthesis document, ‘What Works in STEM Works?’ that I produced for the DfE SA. Since 2000, I have taught in and led learning communities in over 40 independent, catholic and public schools across Australia and internationally, leading to an unparalleled understanding of the education landscape and the importance of valuing each unique context. I continually challenge myself with leadership opportunities that benefit student learning. These opportunities have strengthened my skills in working effectively with teachers to improve their practice and to impact student learning.

I have a Bachelor of Education (primary) as well as a Cert III in Community Counselling and am confident that I have the necessary credentials and experience. I serve as an innovative leader of learning and am committed to improving student achievement.

It is my genuine belief that all students can learn, given a warm yet professional learning environment that welcomes curiosity and enhances student confidence. I believe that when students have a safe learning culture, they look forward to attending school and becoming successful life-long learners. I am committed to our school community to develop and maintain an environment that is conducive for learning; the learning of the students and the adults.
